Paper Abstract:
|
Decision-making support systems are the integral tool for forming of operational management decisions at all management levels of the new entity including hotels. As an evolutionary development of interactive support decision-making systems transition to pro-active systems is proposed. The executed forecast bases excellent control in such systems. Resource (material, human, etc.) requirements are the subject of the prediction. In the article, ML based (machine learning) approach to the automated pro-active decision-making support of a hotels' housekeeping services' management is described. The service of a housekeeping holds the central position in the hotel and approves all other business subsystems. Competent optimum control of a hotel housekeeping service resources in many respects determines prestige and the status of all hotel in general. During 1,5 years, we collected data of housekeeping service resources by the two modules: personnel management & motivation module and laundry service module. The methodology is based on the intelligent core, which consists of the ML methods set. In this article, the analysis of developed ML models is shown. |
